Service Description
Comprehensive residential chemical overhaul service for indoor and accessible outdoor units. Includes deep chemical cleaning of evaporator, drain pan, fan coil, and piping where accessible. Removes stubborn microbial and dirt build-up, restores cooling efficiency, prevents system corrosion, and extends lifespan.
Excludes: compressor replacement, major duct work, gas refill, electrical rewiring.
Dependency: Recommended after AC-CHEM-RES-01 chemical wash if units show heavy dirt, odor, or reduced cooling.
