Service Description
Full-scale inspection for industrial AC units, large offices, and facilities in Singapore. Our certified team evaluates AHU/FCU performance, compressors, coil condition, fan motors, piping, trunking, and electrical systems. A detailed report is provided, recommending preventive maintenance, Add-On services, or upgrades.
Excludes: repairs or chemical overhaul.
Dependency: Essential before OT, MC, or Add-On services to avoid costly downtime and ensure maximum system efficiency.
